My name is Carrie Meyer and I specialize in Somatic Based Mind-Body Therapies.💚 These include Somatic Neuromuscular Re-education, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Lymphatic and Vagus Nervous System Resets and Mind Mapping so that you can take back control over your health and well-being. You will learn how nervous system stress and sensitization shows up in the body, and how to correct habituated patterns of doing, thinking and being resulting from repetitive strain, injury, trauma and life experience. My sessions are filled with education about how your nervous system, lymphatic system and body work so that you learn to resolve what is showing up for you.
